ISO27001 Achieved!
Jun-26: Following our previous update in April, ProspectBase is delighted to confirm we are now ISO27001 certifed!
This is a significant achievement and an important milestone for us demonstrating our commitment to keeping our customers’ data secure.

April'26: ProspectBase is currently preparing to undertake its first ISO 27001 audit. ISO 27001 compliance is an important part of how we meet and exceed international information security standards.
SOC2 Audit In Progress
ProspectBase is currently preparing to undertake its first SOC 2 Type 2 audit. SOC 2 Type 2 compliance is an important part of how we attest to our security program’s strength in alignment with industry expectations.
As we work with Prescient Security to articulate the various aspects of our security posture, we are happy to provide a bridge letter for any customers conducting vendor reviews during this time.
Update to Subprocessor List
ProspectBase has recently compiled a Subprocessor List and updated it.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing transparency and trust this notice is for all our valued clients, customers, partners, and suppliers (even if your business is not subject to GDPR).
Please review our Subprocessor List for the latest updates.
These vendors (our Subprocessors) may process "personal data" (as per the EU's (& UK's version of the) General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") in connection with the services we provide. We ensure any such data is processed securely in accordance with relevant and appropriate technical and organisational measures, policies and data processing agreements.
